Company Timeline
2021
JL purchases 12 acres in North Edmonton to create Kin at Schonsee – a new urban community representing a boutique collection of 85 single-family homes backing onto 36 acres of wetlands and walking trails.
2022
JL purchases 27 acres in the heart of North Edmonton along the Capital Line LRT to create High Pointe at Clareview – a new transit-orientated community. With 822 units under active construction and a further 270 units in the que High Pointe will help support local businesses in the area including improved LRT ridership adding to the safety of community infrastructure.
2023
JL Purchases 110 acres of sloping residential land in North Cochrane creating West Hawk, an amenity rich and new slope adaptive community with views of the foothills and Rocky Mountains.
2025
JL furthers its commitment to the Cochrane region and purchases 118 acres of residential land within the Cochrane Lakes Hamlet creating Sky Ranch.
